MBA Workshop

An M.B.A. can open doors to a fulfilling career. Individuals completing their undergraduate education in a non-business field, such as Engineering, have the opportunity to enter an M.B.A. program to enhance their education. For this reason, Engineering Council's Future Enrichment Opportunities Committee is hosting an MBA workshop presented by the Illinois MBA program on Tuesday, January 27th, 2009. The goal of this workshop is to provide information to Engineering students who are considering a Master's in Business after graduation or would like to learn more about the MBA. The benefits of having an MBA, the differences between the full-time program and the part-time program, the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT), and the application process are some of the topics that will be discussed during this workshop.

Undergraduate Research Workshop

The Undergraduate Research Workshop is an event intended to give undergraduate students the opportunity to acquaint themselves with some of the many research possibilities UIUC Engineering can offer its students. In addition, it serves as an arena where current undergraduate researchers can showcase their work to fellow students as well as faculty members.
